Default EagleSoft CII and NTDLL.DLL error HELP

Two days ago I started to get an error when loading up the CII from Eagle
software
Get the famous screen do you wan to send report to......

Module that it stops on is NTDLL.DLL. Error says Fatal Exception.

Does anybody know what this dll is?

I have unistalled the CII, re-installed several times and same
error.

Any help is appreciated. The CII was the only aircaft I was flying lately

Default

Try loading the default Cessna (and panel) and then the CII. This
sometimes works for this error.

Hope this helps,
