looking for guidelines on designing a flying school
I'm currently working on a design of a new controlled domestic aerodrome.
The runway is supposed to comply with ICAO code 3C specs. Aircraft like Fokker F27 Series, Fokker F28, BAe.146 Series, Dash 8 and Dornier 288s could be operated. The primary purpose of the airport is for domestic passenger transport and the volume of operations will be very low. Typically 1 to 2 operations per day. I'm trying to see if the aerodrome could be used also as a flying school. I have no information of the characteristics of flying schools and licensing requirements. I'll be glad to see a reply with guidelines for a start or an internet location where such information could be available. Regards to you all Muj |
