I assume the subject line refers to me (a somewhat dubious honor), so
I'll at least answer the post.

Anyway, the URL of the site ("Reichsflugscheiben" = "Flying Disks of
the Reich") says it all - don't believe all you read!

The subpage you posted has a few facts, lots of _very_ misleading
pictures (showing a Ba-349 alongside a Space Shuttle and suggesting -
in the context of the other photos on the page - that the former
seriously influenced the latter is _ridiculous_!), and outright
bull**** (B-2 using anti-gravity drive!!).

Agreed.

From the site:

'Von Braun ließ sich von der NASA am 10. Juni 1972 pensionieren, weil seine

Vision eine andere als die der NASA war.

(ie he wanted to run the show!)

Er wurde Vizepräsident für Engineering and Development für Fairchild

Industries
in Germantown, Maryland.

Ironic!

Von Braun bekam die National Medal of Science von Präsident Gerald Ford in

1977.

gelandet.

True.

Am 16. Juni 1977 starb Wernher von Braun in Alexandria, Virginia.'

He certainly did an awful lot better than his wartime service for Nazi
Germany should have entitled him to.
