Default USAAF bases WWII - Eastern Europe

Were the following WWII bases in the Eastern European countries Air
Transport Command of the U.S. Army Air Forces bases or just USSR bases? Not
joint?

Tirana Airport, Tirana, Albania
Vrajdebna Airport, Sofia, Bulgaria
Ruzyne Airport, Prague, Czechoslovakia
Vecses Airport, Budapest, Hungary
Baneasa Airport, Bucharest, Romania
Prkos Airport, Zemonico, Yugoslavia
Vis Airport, Vis Island, Yugoslavia
Zemonico Airport, Zemonico, Yugoslavia
Zemun Airport, Belgrade, Yugoslavia

I flew in and out of Vis in early '45.....no Russians visible to the naked eye.
Same for Belgrade in July or August 1945 shortly after the war ended.
