Default TFR's Read Carefully

It pays to read the TFR notams one's self, and carefully look at the plots.

I have to fly to ASH tomorrow morning. I was hoping to return in the
afternoon but my initial calls to FSS indicated that the airport would be
closed all afternoon (well 1245 to 1620 local, anyway).

So I went and read this notam and it looks as if from 1350 to 1515 local
time there is a window during which time ASH will be outside the 10 NM
no-fly zone (being 10.6 NM from the center when GWB is in Derry).

So I called back FSS and they re-read and agreed with me.

Tomorrow I'll see if ATC agrees :-))
