If you included North Africa - yes

There was damm little conflict in the middle east outside
North Africa after the suppression of the Iraqi
revolt in 1941

The air battles in that theatre were largely flown between
biplanes. Gloster Gladiators and Hawker Audax's of
the RAF besting Fiat CR42's of the Italian air force
