My brother and I got the Anywhere map, and installed it on his PDA. He's a
real techno whiz, and we wanted a handheld GPS, and it looked like a real
bargain. I also liked that you could buy the gyro package and get backup
instrumentation for emergencies.

While on a road trip we had it in the truck, and it cosistently read about
200-400 feet low for altitude, and the update was painfully slow. Might have
been due to his PDA, but regardless, we were not impressed. We promptly sent
it back and bought a Garmin 296. Now THAT is a piece of work!! I love it and
can't wait to get our plane in the air so I can play with it! BTW the
Anywhere Map people still have not refunded our money and it's going on 90
days...Good luck.
