Default What is this aircraft?

I was browsing Google maps when I came across this image at Edwards
AFB:
http://maps.google.com/maps?f=q&hl=e...10192&t=h&z=18

At the center of the photo is an aircraft with what appears to be an
odd configuration. Does anyone know what this is?

Thanks

Ok, it's not quite in the center of the picture. you'll see a B-1
with it's wings swept forward, pointing to the left. Upwards and left
of the B-1 is a standard planform aircraft painted partially in
orange(?). It's the one to the upper left of the orange plane I'm
interested in.

Based on the random assortment of wings and fuselages, I guessed
it as a Rutan design. Going to Scaled Composites website finds this:

And here I'd just about weened myself off of Google Earth. :

I agree with the Rutan suggestions.
