Default Checkride

Sunday the 12th, I took and passed the oral exam and checkride for my
private pilot certificate. I have posted here three times (or so) before
and just wanted to share the good news. I am decompressing now and looking
forward to getting checked out on a rental Piper Warrior to do some cross
country.
I fly out of Bay City Texas.
The exam and checkride were great learning experiences. I have already
researched the material that gave me the greatest challenge and look forward
to great learning experiences going forward.
John,
A new Private Pilot

Congratulations! Welcome fellow airman!

Your life is forever changed. As Pilot In Command, you will be
solemnly trusted with the well being of those whom you carry and those
over whom you navigate.

And of course, you are now fully empowered to perform matrimonial
services just like the captain of an ocean liner. :-)
