Default Just sent away for my handy dandy new certificate

Just filled out that form along with my hard earned $2.00....
Now I just wait a few months for my fancy new fangled PLASTIC certificate!

I commented on this before... unless you already have it chagned or
you dont want to, use the Certificate number change request form
instead fo the lost/damaged certificate. If you go in saying you dont
like your SSN as your cert# they change it and send you a new one
FREE, and if theyre sending you a new Cert, well damn, its gotta be
the sweet new plastic kind, right? Ok so I know its only $2 otherwise,
but I'm a starving college student with car and tuition payments, so
back off!
