Default Blue Angels F-4 Team Takeoffs

Can anyone here remember the Blues F-4 take-off manueuvers?

For example, today, there's the diamond take-off (with #4 sliding into the
slot), followed by (don't remember the order) one solo performing the
high-performance climb, and the other solo performing the dirty roll.

Were the F-4 teams different? If so, how?

As well, my apologies for probably mis-labeing the manoeuvers above, and
spelling "manoeuver" incorrectly on at least one occasion in this post.
