Default How About Derating an O-320H2AD to 150 HP?

Anybody done that? It's a 160 HP engine but all we need is 150, or even
140, as in E2D. So we want to derate it to that. OTOH, it has a bum
reputation which has been restored to respect somewhat by various fixes and
is, I understand, capable of providing a good oil supply to the valve stems.
Also we want it to weigh the minimum like the E2D does at 244 lbs. dry
without accessories.

Any comments? TIA.
