No this is not an uniformed bigoted rant. the Controllers are in fact
having a hard time.

Maybe not uninformed, but you couldn't prove it - the authors cited no
sources.

Probably not bigoted, racially or sexually anyway, but I'm not so sure about
the authors' bigotry toward organizational management.

Definitely a rant however. Not a shred of balance to the information.

This reminds me of Oppenheimer's quote about becoming the destroyer of
worlds. Damn this thing call the Internet and its propensity to give voice
to so many who were thought to be so much smarter when they were quiet.

Snip from Blog link the Main Bang

"The more people we can get to read the Main Bang the more
refrigerator-door light we are shining on the management cockroaches
running around the FAA kitchen"

Good thumbnail statement on the FAA. I have a good friend who left the
FAA with 26 years experience. He told me quote "The FAA is filling up
fast with bull dikes and blacks who are clueless"

The only goal in the FAA now is screwing over their best employees and
protecting incompetent minority management. Social Engineering not Air
Safety is the rule of the day. It will stay that way until two heavys
are run together and they rain flaming bodies and wreckage over several
square miles.

That is why they call the FAA the "Tombstone Agency"

Sadly it will take another Grand Canyon X 10 before they fix it
