Default heard on the radio...

I heard something the other day, probably not all that uncommon, but
that I haven't heard before. I just got a new ICOM handheld for
ultralight flying, and while working on the plane in my front yard I
listened to the radio in scan mode. Picked up an aircraft saying they
were 45 minutes from Baltimore, and requesting security to meet them
at the gate to deal with a "disorderly", they thought intoxicated,
passenger.

Never heard any more as the channel scan continued and I never did
know what frequency it was on.
