Default Dashing Crosswind

Looks like a classic (though brutally cold) ridge day shaping up in the Appalachians. As of now we've got about a half-dozen hearty souls on task from Blairstown including the usual suspects in 1-26s. At least 3 of the guys are carrying spot trackers, so check them out on the SSA Sailplane Tracker. Note: Not responsible for plummeting productivity at work.

Great flight!

Looking at the track, it seems there was a time when the altitude was a
mere 74 meters AGL. That must have been exciting. Care to comment?

Those AGL altitudes are not accurate. If they were then I'd have flown below ground on many occasions!
Boris made it to Mahantango Mtn. The Sharp Mtn / Second Mtn area always grabbed my attention.
