Interesting,I wonder why Putin after school disaster threatened the forces
responsible for this disaster with the use of nuclear tipped ICBM?

Since the use of nuclear tipped ICBMs aganist OBL,AQ,Al-Ansar or any islamic
terrorist organization makes no sense,who was the intended recipient of Putins
message?

Apparently Kremlin boss,who is an ex-spymaster, knows something that we all
mere mortals do not know,and identified a foreign country that could only be
deterred by the threat of total nuclear destruction as the supporter of world
wide Islamic terrorizm.
