google otis, you'll get a few interesting links about him.

supposedly some of the veterans groups have warned about him but
that's a secondary source, haven't looked for a group original on
him.

he is a bit much, but some of his links as far as news are
interesting.

a few of the people who have looked for him have some interesting
comments, almost as good as the guy who wrote up and photographed all
the 'camera' stores in NYC, the best and the worst. A few of those
photos make hole in the wall look good. like everything on the
internet, buyer beware.
