Default magneto rotation?

When referring to magneto rotation, do you look at the magneto from the
drive end or harness end?
I believe a RH rotating mag would be clockwise as you look at it from the
drive end, but I'm not sure.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, you are correct. Looking at the mag from the rear, it fires the
plugs counterclockwise.

hope this helps!
