Since Mile High Gliding owns a Schweizer 2-32, it's possible/likely
that there were in fact 3 occupants of the glider.

Yes, there were three in the 2-32. The Denver Post says he saw the
imminent collision, released then flew through the fireball.

The Denver Post quotes Greg Feith, NTSB Ret. (NPR Nova, "Kicking tin")
saying no one heard a call on CTAF from the transiting Cirrus. I know
Feith and he always has a solid sources inside accident investigations.

Don't they run a video camera in their 2-32 there in Boulder? I
wonder when that footage will be available? That was almost me in
that 2-32, I was thinking about taking that job...

No cameras in the glider - unless the passengers bring one.
