Default FS: Gap Tape

End of the season sale on gap tape

35 rolls of 1 inch wide tape for $40
postpaid in the USA. Color is white.

Again, this tape is not as good as the $5
a roll tape. However, it is good one day
use tape. And, after subtacting the cost
of shipping, you are paying less than a dollar
a roll.

I will add my approval of this gap tape. I've been using it for
several seasons now and have convinced others to purchase rolls. It
is wide and takes curves well. The only limitations is that it is off-
white and is not good for more than one flight (leaves residue after
that). But at $1/roll it isn't a big deal unless you keep your ship
together and/or fly a lot.

My $0.02.

I bought some too, and it works okay. On REALLY hot days, it seems to
'creep' a bit more than the white electrical tape I get at the
hardware store, but not too bad. I rig on Saturdays and de-rig on
Sundays, and have always cleaned all the taped areas with 3M General
Adhesive Cleaner either when I de-rig (okay I really almost never do
this) or before rigging (religiously). I do this regardless of what
tape I'm using.
My $0.02 (+ John's)
