Question Which plane for Canada to Europe?

Does anyone here know which planes you could choose if you wanted to fly with 4 passengers and luggage from Canada to Europe? Do you have to go over $500K to get a plane that could do that? I've tried doing research but can't find answers. Would you and can you refuel in Greenland then Iceland? Would you then refuel in the UK or Norway? Is it true the UK can arrest you for nothing?
