Default Exporting a used glider and claiming taxes back

In New Zealand when you export you can claim tax back ,do you
know if the same situation applies in France, Germany, or other countries
in Europe or USA

In New Zealand the end user pays 12.5% on import cost + freight so any
reduction on the overseas end
of the transaction has a bigger effect than just the reduction
