Default 10 hrs. Instrument for Commercial

Just started looking at ASE requirements. I don't have to get _another_
10 hours if I am already IA rated, right? Previous instrument training
time has to apply here. ? FAR 61.129(a)3(i)

No - If you have your instrument rating there is no need to get
another 10 hours of instrument training.

As an aside, I am quite drunk right now. :-) It's fun to hang out at
home, drink beers, and just relax.
