Default Weldon Fuel Pump

I need some information about a Weldon fuel pump for a fuel injected
Lycoming.

I would like to talk with someone who has done overhauls on these if
anyone is around. Or maybe someone on the list can refer me to a shop
who does the actual overhauls.

Please reply off list to me and I will call you or communicate via email...

Thanks,

Phil in Illinois

Mine were rebuilt by B&S Aircraft Parts and Accessories www.bsaircraft.com

the shelf to put in stock.
Good people. You can also talk to them when you go to Oshkosh.

Aircraft Accessories in Tulsa overhauls them. Not cheap. Check around for
other places.

My pump started bypassing fuel out the drain. The seal that is between the
electric motor and the pump went bad. Seal was about $3.00 at local
supply house.

Thanks for all the input, I gave up after the first week and purchased a
Dukes. Installing it required re-plumbing, which required removing the
Canopy, header tank and battery. The fuel system is working fine, so one of
the wheel cylinders decided to leak. Oh the joys of owning an airplane. I
am lucky in that I enjoy working on it almost as much as flying since the
ratio works out about 50/50! LOL
