Let's assume that you wish to fly in Sweden, in order to fly solo you
require a licence. When the GFA does not issue licences how do you gain
when in another country?

Thanks

Sean

In Sweden the Soaring Federation has the power to let pilots
coming from countries that do not have ICAO licenses fly
solo provided they are qualified for it.
