Default Garmin Support

If any of you are considering buying a Garmin GPS find out about their
tech support first. The backlight on my Garmin went out and I emailed
Garmin to ask how to change the light.
Their response:
"From what you describe, the unit is not working properly. I have set
up Return Material Authorization (RMA) for you to send your GPS to
GARMIN for repair. The flat rate of repair on this unit will be
$200.00 . Please include payment in box."

I think they use Psychiatrists to change the bulbs.
