Default Bizarre Training Accident

A student fell to his death after falling out of a plane, a Zodiac 601.
Reportedly the canopy "blew off". How a front-hinged canopy blows
off, and how a belted-in student falls out of an airplane are both
fascinating questions for which we will likely have to wait months for
an answer (if even then).

Before someone else says it: Yes, I've had students I would love to
have dumped. But not like that!
