Default Just curious: can the private pilot exam be taken in a canard?

I was reading the FAQ for experimental aircraft today and noticed that
one question dealt with training and testing in experimental
aircraft. One portion of the test deals with stalls and since canard
don't stall like normal aircraft, when I read this I wondered if the
test could even be administered in a canard.
