Default Penalitel anit-corrosion coating

On 2-11-82 my plane was treated with Penalitel (sp?) -- some brand of
anti-corrosive glop. I can't make out the correct spelling from the log
book. Have any of you heard of something that sounds like this?

It looks like amber/brown wax and is still soft in places where it's thick.
Too bad it was sloppily applied, because where it stuck there's no
corrosion.

Jon
