Default How find out one's aviation insurance claims history? Aviation Claims Information Bureau?

Gentlemen, Ladies,

How can one check Claims databases re aviation insurance claims?

How can I find out about aviation loss claims and loss payment history
of an insured individual
or
history regarding an insured flying club or partnership or corporation
as it pertains to an individual (info related to oneself)?

My interest is mainly in accessing one's own individual aviation
claims history record, to see if there is any history.

If there is a claims history, how long is data record kept?

Is it perpetual?

If not perpetual, how many years back does it go?

How may one correct if there are errors?

How does one access this?

Is there a commercial insurance data service where one may seek to
purchase their aviation claims history, or does one have a right to a
free copy as it pertains to oneself?

The questions come to mind in that if one wants to know what the
medical insurance or life insurance database has on oneself one may
contact Medical Information Bureau to see what disease history or
medical claims history is in database accessable by life or health
insurers. Last I checked that was free.

Therefore, there must be commercial databases of aviation claims which
aviation insurers use.
Is there?

How may one access that data?
Give address, website, etc or means of contact and info on fees

Please speak to the rights that a person may have to access insurance
data (aviation related) on themselves.

Kind regards,

Cloudclimbr

I don't think it's done, could be wrong. I know that it's now
done for real estate. I would expect that if insurance companies
were going to do that they would follow aircraft and not people.
But who knows, the insurance companies keep lots of data.

let us know what you find out.
