For winglet attachment. Any favorite sources?

I just googled "carbon fiber tubes stock sizes" (without quotes) and the
first hit was

http://carbonfibretubes.co.uk/

which I realize is in the UK, but they list a 25mm OD as a standard. If
they have them, someone else does too.

Sorry about that I didn't look close enough at the OD/ID. Maybe the
..820 OD could be wraped where needed with another layer of glass and
sanded to fit?
