I like Peter Dogan, Bob Gardner, Rod Machado and John Eckalbar in addition
to the FAA manuals.

Every page seems to have a "too good to be true" link to $30,000 grants
for flight training. The link goes to a uk site (in fact, the whole
site is a uk site), but the phone number (not answered) is in the US.
Virginia, I believe.

Anybody here know anything about it?
