anybody recognize this page from a Mil tech manual?

Somebody froma really way-out UFO-type site claims this is a some sort of
time-travel doohicker.

Looks to be like a bad xerox out of a military tech manual.

Maybe a toxic gas analyzer??

It sure would puncture their bubble if someone could point to the mil manual
that this is from!

She can't post what she doesn't have. The guy joined the military when he
was 18 and retired at 38. So if has a criminal record he must have did
something in service and that is highly unlike considering how high his rank
was when he retired. A speeding ticket and parking ticket do not count. If
he got in any trouble as a minor that doesn't count either since it does not
go on the record.
