Default Flying Clubs in Las Vegas

Does anyone have information or the desire to form a Flying Club or
partnership in Las Vegas.

Ideally to fly out of Henderson Airport.

Nah! But I am looking to start a partnership using a Commander 112 out KGYH.
But no takers yet....
