Default SN10 support

Just wanted to praise excellent support for my SN10 problem. Paul Remde and
Dave Nadler got right on it and 12 emails back and forth and less than 12 hr
(including overnight) the problem was solved!
I don't want to go into detail much, but with back and forth
troubleshooting, the problem was traced to the panel cable being on the
wrong port.
Dave zeroed in quickly and led me to the solution.

Thanks Dave and Paul, excellent support!
(I have no financial interest in any of the parties involved, except me, of
course)
