Why would an examiner ask a sport pilot about night operations if the pilot
hasn't been trained in them?

How did you determine they were the same checkride?

Like everything else he pulled it out of his ass.

I've swapped posts with you on NUMEROUS
occasions, and discussed MULTIPLE topics in
which we've ALWAYS disagreed, and yet...funny
thing...can you list even one point in which you
were right and I wasn't?

Yeah, right.

Is that what the voices in you head tell you?

Yes that's right. The voice in my head.

Simple. Back on your Lithium and Xanax. Voila! Still crazy but at
least able to sustain an existence of welfare!

Maybe

Understandable but on closer inspection not worth worrying about. Aviating
is expensive and a few extra hours really don't matter.

Agreed. My instructors reason with me that I'm going
to want to know these other things anyway (they're
right) so I'm pretty much going with the flow. You have
to trust them, or find someone whom you can.

and the other is, the liability
which I have for someone else's plane simply because
I'm responsible for checking the maintenance records.
Sure, I can see when 100 hr. services are done, or
read about repairs, but that's a lot different from owning
your own plane and actually overseeing first hand who
and how it was done.

That is what renter's insurance is for. Shouldn't cost most than a few
hundred a year.

Yeah, about 350. I need to get off my ass
and give them a call.

I imagine from the perspective of an outside
observer, they would see you making these
claims...knowing that of course your claims are
both fabricated and obviously impossible to
substantiate...and they would say to themselves,
"this hierophant fellow seems to be another one
of those internet goofballs that quacks out his
ass".

That would be the first conclusion.

By the way, sometimes I don't fly from the
left seat. I fly from the "front" seat. There are
however, actually pilots that fly alone...from the
right seat due to personal preference.

You sure do talk a lot about psychotropic
drugs. I'm just sayin'. Makes us wonder.

I imagine..

Imagination is a good thing, MarkTroll, but evil when mixed with
genetically induced mental afflictions.

It could cause one to pursue a sports pilot license...for years and
years on end! ;0)

A self-proclaimed rich man? Worried about a few pounds when the cost
of aviation is in the thousands?

Curious and curiouser.

I can't work out how any time in an aircraft can be classed as
unnecessary...

george, hint coming. MarkTroll isn't spending any time in any
aircraft...except the one's buzzing around in his head.

Yup. But he -might- have Microsofts toy and think that he's a pilot.
Happened on here before you know...
