Bryan "The Monk" Chaisone There's a DC area flying group www.dcpilots.org you might consider joining. I'd offer to take you up in the Navion, but we're leaving for Australia for three weeks starting Friday. |

Actually, you'd probably be better off joining http://www.dcpilots.net/. The .org group is way too moderated. --- Jay -- __!__ Jay and Teresa Masino ___(_)___ http://www2.ari.net/jmasino ! ! ! http://www.OceanCityAirport.com http://www.oc-Adolfos.com |

Fair enough, although I think it's been self regulating pretty well. Plus, with the Yahoo web interface, you don't have to use e-mail if you don't want. I was kinda' wondering why you haven't been contributing to that one. --- Jay -- __!__ Jay and Teresa Masino ___(_)___ http://www2.ari.net/jmasino ! ! ! http://www.OceanCityAirport.com http://www.oc-Adolfos.com |

Been broke lately and haven't been up in the air for over a year now, not even as a passenger. Anyone in DC Metro area need deadweight? I'll buy lunch! A year!? What the heck is going on here, Bryan? Sell that stupid condo, and get your butt back in the sky. You've got your priorities messed up, man. ;-) -- Jay Honeck Iowa City, IA Pathfinder N56993 www.AlexisParkInn.com "Your Aviation Destination" |

Hey Jay! As you would have it, the neighbor at the condo is my old
helo instructor! Jerry! Can you believe it? I was just at his place the other day and that got me thinking about flying again. I haven't been working for over three years now Jay and I have been looing for ways to make money and stay, "not working" for some more time, thus purchase of condo. I also bought 11 acers in WV near Winchester, VA about a year ago and I'm building a cabion on it. I also bought 2.27acers near Disney in FL, might build on that afterwards. Hoping to get residual incomes from rentals at cabin and selling property in FL after building on it. Just trying a different mode/gear in life. Ron and Jay, Thanks for the suggestion, I'll give them a looksie. Bryan "The Monk" Chaisone |
