Default fs2002 scenery problem pls help

hi , using microsoft fs2002 SDK "create custom terrain textures"
http://www.microsoft.com/games/fligh...nloads_sdk.asp

I've placed a satellite image on an island.
I have 2 problems
1st: there is a black border
2nd: a part of the satellite image represent sea. That part of sea
behave like texture - land and not like sea so I can land where it
supposed to be sea.
Any ideas how to solve these problems ?

Please have a look at my site to see what I mean.

Thanks in advance
Costas
