"Ha Ha! Maybe this thread and the one about relief systems can be merged..... "

So, you think a "Comedy Relief" thread could be approved by the Google Groups? I am in favor, 'cuz I have been involved with aviation for over 45 years and some of those stories are hilarious.

Let's face it. Having to pee in inconvenient circumstances can be damn funny.

After the initial logistics, emergency implementation and final relief, a good story can provide important information, but it probably won't count towards the FAA's WINGS program.

It might not count towards the WINGS program, but...
Might get credit at Embry Piddle.

How about hooking up the catheter to the lumbar bag? As the flight goes on, the lumbar support gets better and better, and it's nice and warm....

Ah the old bloodshot eyes from peeing into a bag you are sitting on situation. It's a one time only activity.

Does anybody know a source for the inflatable lumbar bladder (with hose & pump bulb) that goes in some parachute packs - like the old Security 150s?

Go to Amazon.com (or better yet to smile.amazon.com where your purchases support the SSA!) and search for 'Inflatable lumbar support travel pillow'. Plenty of examples of inflatable cushions with a rubber bulb attached in different shapes available.
