Can any one give me info from when my dad was killed at fun in the sun on April 12,1996. Please I need closer

This appears to be NTSB accident number MIA96FA115. This should give
you a link directly to the full final report, in PDF format:


If it doesn't work, go this this page:


and enter MIA96FA115 as the accident number (about 3/4ths down the
page). When the next page loads, select the "Final Report (PDF) link.
