Uhhhh that's not good news. But I suspected that situation is like that. I send 2 emails to Lindner and they did not respond.
Same is with Grob aerospace .... I'ts a shame for German aviation. Compleately different situation is with
Schempp Hirth and Alexander Schleicher, they are quick and quite expeditive.

Dear Uli how I can get drawings in pdf which You have?
Long time ago somewhere around 2009 my friend and I made 3000 hours inspection on my club member Astir cs 77
We removed everything and made photo documentation to be sure during assembly. In the meantime I changed two or tree PC and lost data.
But now I,m owner of an Astir Jeans.
My email is and .

Josko

Hello Josko,

I gave Lindner the serial number of our Astir and described the area I needed information on - in my case, the assembly of the trim lever friction washers and springs. LTB Lindner sent me copies of that section of the drawing including the Bill of Materials for all detailed parts. I did not get any drawings beyond that. Our Astir is an early model; not a Astir Jeans.

Does "Jeans" mean blue denim in this context, or is it a European word?Â*
Just curious...

From the Grob 102 Astir wiki: "...The Astir CS Jeans was similar to the CS 77, but had a fixed mainwheel and a tailskid. Its cockpit was fitted in blue denim"...

You are assuming correctly, Dan. It was a 'thing' at the time and coincided with VW offering their Beetle 'Jeans' model at the same time:

Ahh - the good old days.... ;-)

Recently I Purchased an Astir CS. I was surprise to see that someone installed the spoiler connection bolts the way that if I open the spoiler fully it will jam all the way open.
Could anyone share maintenance manual that we can install the new bolts correctly? I have to find out what kind of bolts I need for sure.
Such a popular glider, someone must have a parts and maintenance manual. Where can I get one?
Thanks guys!

You can download a complete Flight Manual, Maintenance Manual, and Repair Instruction from https://www.manualslib.com/download/...r-Cs-G102.html

You need to be careful of the serialization on your bird - there is a break in configuration at S/N 1437. This downloadable document applies post-1437. The other pages are relatively easy to come by though.
