I would definitely endorse CSVVA at Challes les Eaux
(Chambery). A brilliant fleet, superb site, lots of
atmosphere and cameraderie and pretty cheap (winch
and aerotow). Knowledge of French a definite advantage
but I suppose that goes for almost every French club.
I have about 20 hours flying there in 4 visits, always
a pleasure to fly there and associate with the Challesains.
see www.geocities.com/demciau/csvva in addition to
their home page already referenced in another post.
