Default Terror alert drops to yellow

So I guess I can let Jeremiah go home for awhile. My airplane will be safe
without him on 24 hour guard because the terror alert is only yellow. The
rain was getting to his rheumatism, anyway, and it was beginning to rust
that old musket and bayonet he used in the War for American Independence.
