Default Shaw Flaw

Shaw changed newsgroup provider last week and yes there is much more on the
server but alot is stuff we missed out on before the switch.

I welcome the change but its not as great as it could be.
The change over was never announced and even their support people didn't
know what was going on til Thursday. The change over was supposed to be
seamless but on a lot of groups you get a 502 Access Denied Server Limit
Reached. The problems are different from place to place and it looks like
its going to take time to get it running smoothly
