Default stress cards?

Lately, I've heard at USAF OTS that they are no longer allowed to yell at OTs.
So now someone in enlisted told me that these guys now have "stress" cards that
they can flash when they are nervous?

Is this true?

Here's one I've had for a few years. Some days I wish I could use it.
