Default DTC DUAT

Has anyone succeeded in using the automatic route generator in the DTC
DUAT system? I've used GTE/CSC/whatever it is today DUAT system for
years and the flight planner has always generated routes automatically
for me. Not always the optimal route, but at least I get one.

I hadn't used DTC in a long time (one reason being they didn't have the
auto route function) and was playing around today. I see their flight
planner now has an auto route function, but I can't get it to work.
After entering the requested information (departure, destination, etc.)
and requesting the route, I get a couple of messages saying it is
contacting the server, etc. and then then nothing.
