Default Blue Anels F-18 HELP

Ok-I have downloaded all F-18's I can find, I am specifically looking
for a functional F-18 in Blue Angels Colors!
I have 1 that the engines simply WILL NOT RUN, and several wherer no
FLAPS are visible nor tailhooks!

I have 1 F-18 in Blues colors that has flap action but has WAY too
much power--the speed increase is not realistic

So, anyone know how to make the flaps animate?
Anyone know how to make the engines LESS powerful?
I do have the program to edit an aircrafts AIR file---HELP!
