Interesting. So they tack on an extra 50% + spacing (2-4 miles)
behind one of these "supers". But no extra spacing if it's another
Super.

Interesting reading; thanks! the 2007 FAR/AIM does not mention any of this.

the 2007 FAR/AIM does not mention any of this.


That's because, as the document says, it is provisional only for
proving flights. If anything, expect the required distances to
decrease.
