Default Why US is silent when it comes to the military rulers in East Asia

Through media we are updated about the spread of Military rules in E
Asia. I came across a report
in The Analyst Magazine investigating the reasons for the same

After reading the same one will get clear cut view with regard to
their diplomatic relations
