Default Engine failure in the middle of nowhere

Suppose you suffer an engine failure while flying out in the middle of
nowhere. You locate a tiny airstrip and land there safely, but the airstrip
has no fuel or repair and maintenance facilities. How do you get the engine
repaired so that you can fly it back out?

It's happened to me. Look in the archives and you got your answer.

If you aren't certified to do it yourself,
you call someone else.

An A&P takes a look, and either repairs it on the spot, or has it
trucked out.

I would expect that that would somewhat depend on the nature of the
defect....

I tear it down and rebuild it, Stupid ****ing
Troll.

Hey, Mxsmanic, when you were a little
boy, did your granny explain why everyone
called you "Blossom"? You know, because
you were, and STILL ARE a blooming idiot.

Ok, go ahead, get busy. Spend another 1000
hours of your valueless unemployed time and
continue devoting your life to forging posts in
the name of .
Yeah, spread it as far as you want, like you've
been doing.

At the end of the day, I'll still be flying and
you won't. See, the internet isn't my life like
it is yours.
